BelCo Constructions had previously engaged a marketing agency that lacked experience in the construction industry. The Approach

This included refreshed ad creative focused on BelCo’s personal, builder-led approach; targeted Google Ads built around high-intent search terms; and CRM integration to streamline lead capture and follow-up. Messaging was refined to help BelCo better qualify leads and position their service as a premium custom build option.

The Results

BelCo saw a dramatic improvement across all key metrics. Google and META ad campaigns delivered an impressive 30 qualified leads within the first 3 months. Converting at 14.65% conversion rate — a 341% increase. Cost per conversion dropped by 65% to just $77.98, while website traffic jumped 115% to over 2,000 new users, with form submissions up by 165%. With stronger messaging and visibility attracting more serious, aligned clients, BelCo is now well on track toward their goal of building 30 custom homes a year.
