As a newly launched business, MGR Roofing needed to generate high-quality leads and close sales quickly to establish momentum and cash flow. Without an existing client base or digital presence, the team needed a marketing system that could bring in immediate results and support long-term growth — with CRM systems in place from day one.

The Approach

We built a full digital strategy focused on attracting MGR’s ideal job types — high-value roof restorations and re-roofing projects. Targeted Meta and Google Ads campaigns were launched across the Greater Brisbane region, supported by strong visual creative and conversion-focused landing pages. A custom CRM was also implemented to automate lead capture, manage quoting, and streamline follow-up to maximise close rates.

The Results

In just the first four months, MGR Roofing secured $250K in closed sales directly from their new digital campaigns, along with a further $600K in active quotes moving through the pipeline. Over 110 qualified enquiries have already been generated, all managed seamlessly through their CRM, which now handles everything from lead tracking to follow-ups and sales reporting.
