Suncare: Growing Pains

Suncare Community Services primarily offers in-home aged care with a service area that encompasses the majority of SE QLD.

With a small internal marketing team and many services at capacity, Suncare needed to focus on recruitment and be agile in their marketing efforts so no services at capacity were advertised.

The Arrow Agency worked with the internal team to create recruitment personas and develop advertising that would directly engage these groups. As well as this, Arrow’s small team were able to offer agile service, changing campaign focuses weekly.

As a result of the recruitment campaign, Suncare had to pull an additional staff member over to the HR department to process applications and the team continues to grow!
